Bruce Greenwood (Deja Vue) has been announced to play Captain Christopher Pike, who was the first Captain of the Starship Enterprise before Kirk took over.

He's not really a big time actor but he definitely has a bit of a look of the original actor that played Pike in the pilot ...well I think so anyway ...I guess the rumours of Cruise were wrong then

He's too craggy looking......Jeffery Archer was quite dishy  Bruce Greenwood's 51 too  surely too old to play Pike?  |
