A teaser trailer is in the works for the upcoming J.J. Abrams "Star Trek" feature reports Latino Review.
The clip will show the Enterprise being built and should be out around the end of the year.
They also say that the codename for the production, which begins filming shortly, is 'Central Headquarters'.
Meanwhile, Michael Giacchino confirms to Sci-Fi Wire he will retain at least the original theme music from the original series.
Its brill that they are keeping the original tune...it just wouldn't be the same if they didn't.... 
Can't wait to see thre trailer now

J J Abrams loves putting out these teaser trailers  First Cloverfield now this!
I'm glad they're keeping the theme too  ......can't wait to see the trailer! |

Yep should be good....whats the betting though it won't show any character....it might have Spock talking or something???

| Oh you just know they won't show the characters They want to tease us so we go see the movie! But you're right, they'll probably have a Spock talkover to tease us even more! |

| We've heard it often enough Maybe that could be the closing speech at the end when the film's credits are rolling? That would be cool! |

Actually come to think of it your probaly right that will be the closing words
Spock might say in the teaser about..."You think you know the history of the Enterprise....but do you?" Or something like that??
