Are we too sensitive these days or do these ads go too far???
Adolf Hitler sex video condemned by Aids charities
An Aids-awareness advert depicting Adolf Hitler having unprotected sex has been condemned by mainstream health charities for stigmatising people infected with the virus.
The provocative commercial, which ends with the tag-line "AIDS is a mass murder", aims to scare young people into using condoms by associating the deadly disease with the German dictator.
In the highly-sexualised clip which can only be shown after the watershed, a couple undress and begin to make love in a dimly-lit bedroom.
But what appears to be a typical, if steamy, advert for perfume or underwear takes a macabre twist when the camera pans to man's face at the moment of climax - revealing him to be Adolf Hitler.
The commercial has been released to coincide with 2009 World Aids Day, but established HIV/Aids charities have distanced themselves from its message, saying that it could make life more difficult for sufferers.
I did laugh at the end of this

A GRISLY low budget public information film warning kids not to text while driving has become an international internet sensation with FIVE MILLION hits.
The 30-minute movie was made in a day by a former BBC producer using school kids as actors. It cost £10,000 to make, paid for by a local council and donations
It was only intended as a warning to youngsters in schools around Tredegar, South Wales.
But a four-and-a-half-minute clip posted on YouTube is now being watched by millions of people around the world.
And American advertising guru Donny Deutsch has already described it as one of the most powerful public information films ever made.
It tells the story of a fictional 17-year-old girl called Cassie Cowan, played by Jenny Davies, 18.
She is dubbed "a nice girl from a nice valleys family".
But she causes a devastating car crash when she takes her eyes off the road while texting.
it is another well made video and is shocking....should kids see it? ...as in should it be shown at schools or at teatime telly? Personally I say why not?? what I don;t get are those who disagree with games or horror movies as it will apparently somehow disturb the young but these scare ads which are equally gruesome and violent are absolutely grand

I thought at first you meant people were outraged by Adolf Hitler being in the ad I can't see how it would scare young people into taking precautions....they'd be too busy laughing at the ad!
The 2nd ad is powerful and very effective.....I doubt if it could be shown at teatime when little kids are watching but it should definitely be shown in schools for older pupils to see. |

Maybe, it'd need to really thought about beforehand though! _________________ The Dark Side is a pathway to many abilities, some considered to be..unnatural. |
