I'm considering putting a few of the different series of the books onto my Christmas list, in particular the extended universe ones but also stuff like the Republic Commando series and the early Jedi/Sith narratives.

Yeah, some of the early ones are rubbish actually. But they seem to be improving as the various narratives develop.

I don't think I have read one of them they always seemed kind of long winded or laborious...and in fairness when I was younger it was the Jedi/Sith that appealed much more...I really wasn't interested in Wedge

Have they gone on a few years in the Rogue Squadron books mate??

No idea, I'm more interested in the histories of the Jedi/Sith, as well as the stuff that comes after the films.

I'm putting a load of the books on my Christmas list for this year, I need more reading material as I exhausted most of my other books while on my summer break!
