How do I download 'patches' for PC games? I believe one has been released which enables you to update Football Manager 2008 in light of the January transfer window player moves. I'd like to be able to do so but haven't the foggiest how to!

Here's a link to the latest patch mate I think its just a matter of downloading it then...any patches I've done it was just a matter of doing that......I think
