Talk about mixed signals ....one minute your canadian the next your a Scot perhaps your Canadian Scot??? Well both do worship the English Queen don't they  
I haven't found any Irish bagpipes but you can play and slap my Bodhrán any time  or you can grab my bow and do some fiddling
