The reviews of Lady in the Water was enough to put me of watching it at the time Cat

I know what yuo mean too Mark Wahlberg and Zooey Deschanel wouldn't really appeal to me either and I wonder would a better cast have sold the film better? particularly after what Nostromo said there

I definitely will check out both Sleuth films now....sounds very good...I really like Caine in stuff aswell though I'm not a big Jude Law fan

I'll watch out for her character in the waitress aswell..thanks

I was nearly falling asleep watching Lady in the Water cause it was sooooo dull! The pace was very slow and I just think they could have made it a more inspiring and magical film than the one we got.

Re The Happening, some actors have a gift of lifting a film and making much more of the storyline, but with Mark Wahlberg and Zooey Deschanel you'd get a routine performance with nothing special........but I'll still go see it!

Well I wouldn't say bad exactly cause it's got good actors and a promising looking storyline........it's just that hardly anything seems to happen

As soon as I read about The Happening I knew you'd hate it

Indiana jones 3

I never had the pleasure to watch the first 3 at the cinema, but I was not going miss out this time, these films are great,if I remember rightly, spielberg wanted to create a character in the james bond mould, but because that idea had already gone,he decided to create someone else, well he did alright, did`nt he.
An archaeologist, that can whoop ass,and still get respect from the classroom.
This film carries on from the original 3,timeless,that just looks like it was made when the last one finished, except the graphics are better.Just a bit greyer,a bit slower, but not lost any wit, and can still take a punch.
You have your bad guys,in this case the Russians, the double crosser, the old flame, and of course,in typical eastend style,”he`s your son”(if you did not get that from beginning, than you should be bull whipped)
The action is constant,it keeps you enthralled, but they always did,so nothing lost their.
I loved this a lot,and by the way the cinema looked so did the other couple of hundred or so,it was packed, from all ages 5 to 85,and the only noise I heard, was the crunching of popcorn, and the slurp from cola.
There are many scenes that are very good especially the early sequence, that involves a fridge.
But I won`t ruin it for you,but it may not be your cup of tea,but it was mine,so naturally i`ll rave about it.

10/10/10.

Enemy of the state
.

This is a good movie, that will get your juices flowing.
Assassinations, and BIG brother is really watching you.
We have will smiths character,a lawyer, who one day pops into a lingerie shop,as you do,until he bumps into an old friend, who happens to have seen something he should`nt of,and off loads the package into smiths bag, smith has no idea about the package,or anything else whats going on,but he finds out soon enough that the people who want what he`s got, are not your average mr nice guys, and will do anything to get it back.
Smith completely oblivious to wtf is going on,loses his wife, house, money, and his clothes off his back literally. He has to get his life back on track, and  right the wrong, with some help from gene hackman, who for me is brilliant, the ending is very good.

10/10.
