Okay more news on this movie ...its lookjing like Arnie coulsd actually feature in the movie....in the way I and many of us hoped he would from the beginning ...check this out...

The last I heard, a Schwarzenegger associate named Roland Kickinger had been hired to fill Arnold's T-800 role for a sequence in the film....

The report over at Latino Review now says this is correct...but only to a degree. One of LR's sources is telling them that Kickinger will, essentially, do the grunt work as the T-800 - but Arnold's face will be digitally mapped over Roland's, and dialogue snippets from Arnold will be incorporated via ADR. As supporting evidence, LR's source sent in a picture purporting to show the on-set meeting of Schwarzenegger and Christian Bale.

Here's the pic flickers

I personally think this is great

It's good that Arnie will "appear" in the film and having his face digitally plastered on to another body sounds very scifi.....almost like Robocop

I reckon that Arnie should be in it as someone that the original Terminator was modelled on!! lol
Most things are copied, so it is only logical that whoever built the original Terminator had a model to copy!!

I like your way of thinking Phil   Arnie playing a Terminator who's modelled on Arnie.......I've never heard that theory before!

Yeah they watched The Running Man and Commando and said yes he'll be perfect for our Terminator model

Though all messing aside it does kind of remind me of Bishop in the Alien films or more importantly Alien3 when the actor came back into it as the human that the original Bishop was modelled on

They did actually do that. It was a cutscene from Terminator 3 and Arnie had a comical Southern accent.
