Picked this up for £8 in HMV. Not watched it yet, but I have heard good things (not read the book either, so I should be surprised). Has anybody seen it yet?

I've seen it.......it's a good film that delivers on tension and the claustrophobic atmosphere was captured very well.  I'll be interested to read what you think about the ending....

Sounds good. I was aware there was a shock ending, so it will be interesting to see how shocked I will be after knowing there is a shock at the end and whether being prepared for a shock, regardless of how shocking it is, actually makes the shock value decrease.

That's a shocking thing to say Jip   I didn't know about the ending before I saw it, so it was a real shock, but I think you'll still be taken by surprise when you see it!

You should watch it termy.....you'll like it!

Just wanted to see how many times I could get different permutations of shock in a sentence before it made no sense!
