Apparently the lovely Ms Ryan's playing a character called Lady Christina De Souza in 'Planet Of The Dead', alongside Lee Evans as a professor called Malcolm who will more than likely be the 'companion' character', think De Souza might be a villain, though I'm not sure.....

She seems to be getting alot of work at being the villain lately...they must have liked her in Merlin

Evans always plays the bumbling type so no real surprises there

well they are close enough to each other i guess ..but i bet the cast and crew are happy it ain't Iran

Yeah they could have seen her in Merlin and that's why she got the part!

I see in the paper they've been having trouble filming Doctor Who. They were using 2 old buses......one was for filming in the UK and the other was shipped over to Dubai, where it was damaged while being off loaded from a ship. So it means Russell T Davies has to rewrite the script cause the bus is too damaged to use.....and he isn't happy

The article said too that filming in the UK keeps being delayed.......whenever they're filming scenes of the bus driving along the roads.....fans keep pressing buttons on crossings, the lights keep changing to red....and the bus has to keep stopping!

thats a laugh...i'd say he's like a bull.....though it is strange that they had to bring busses over there ...have they none in Dubai that they could paint or something

i have to say who here wouldn't have pressed those crossing buttons to hold them up.....

Now I'm imagining a bus driving round Dubai with Cliff Richard at the wheel singing Summer Holiday

The plotline looked a good one too so I'm hoping it doesn't have to be rewritten too much!

I wouldn't mind as long as Cliff is 'exterminated' at the end! Although it would be funny to have the Doctor singing 'Summer Holiday' at some point.........
