Am I the only one who hasn't done theirs yet? For some reason almost everyone I speak to has done theirs, or most of it, already whereas I haven't even started yet! I'd also like to take this opportunity to rant against all those high street shops which started selling advent calendars, selection boxes etc early- why do they do it? I love Christmas as much as the next person but why oh why must people start promoting it in August? It makes no sense to me at all. But rest assured I will get organised and do it soon.....

I've already bought my Advent Calendar ....but I only bought it a couple of weeks ago!
It's ridiculous how shops have Christmas stuff in from August.....let's get summer over and done with first before thinking about Christmas! I buy crackers, wrapping paper, cards and gift tags in the January sales and jot down ideas for pressies throughout the year when people mention they like certain things.....but I don't start buying pressies till November. |

Well, I was planning on waiting till at least the start of next month, then going home one weekend and having a nice jaunt to the shops with some friends to get my present buying done. It'll make a nice break from the 'all systems go' student life... _________________ The Dark Side is a pathway to many abilities, some considered to be..unnatural. |

I've already bought some pressies but more and more shops are having sales so I might buy some things to put away for next year.....I like being prepared and organised
Experts are saying if you've got the nerve....wait till just before Christmas and there'll be fantastic bargains! No way could I leave my shopping till so late

I know they say about a credit crunch but the shops were full on Saturday and people were buying, not just looking round!
