Looks as though it's happening at last! It's down on imdb as being in pre-production but only David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson are listed in the cast so far.

I saw an article today that said "Gillian Anderson has pulled out of a low-budget film weeks before shooting started after discovering that it clashed with the new X-Files film."

So a new X Files film is definitely happening

I hadn't seen the X Files for ages then I saw a couple of episodes on freeview and I'm hooked again!

It's on FTN every tuesday at 10pm Luc.......though I missed it last night cause I was watching The Bourne Supremacy on another channel

speaking strictly of course as a hetrosexual male here

but I would imagine women would fancy him big time....I'm at a loss with women's thoughts and impulses at times

LOL He just looks like a sleazy tramp to me in that, in the X-files he looks much better, aside from the fact he looks younger in it - lol

What sort of bloke do you think women should fancy Luc? (Apart from yourself of course lol) What makes you think he looks good in Cal'n?

I don't know Honey I guess I think he has that roguish kind of charm going on (and he is apparently mean't to be an attractive guy aswell) so I thought it would stand to reason women would fancy him......also he gets women in it at the drop of a hat....obviously he was cast because of his appeal to the opposite sex too.

Granted he has a good bod and he shows it off a lot in Californication but I don't fancy him in it! He looks like he'd have beer breath and sweaty armpits and reek of ciggies too.....not attractive!

In X Files he looks clean, smooth shaven and neat.....much better!

Do you not remember babe that was the whole in joke in the X Files.....I don't know how many episodes Scully would walk into Mulder's apartment in the morning and find him on the sofa sleeping while you could hear a porn film on....it always joked upon it throughout the series.....Mulder would deny the tapes were his and she would just look at him unbelievingly....Its been a while since I seen them now too but I do know that it was like a running joke throughout...they actually had him a kind of porn addict as he never got laid because of his work obsession

I know he was obsessed with porn on the X-Files but that doesn't bother me - lol I'd be borrowing it - lol

Most of the X-Files he looked quite good though.
