Writer's strike End ImminentIn a message sent this morning to striking writers, Writers Guild West president Patric Verrone said that the group's negotiating committee "unanimously and unconditionally" recommends the approval of terms reached with the production companies. The vote takes place on Tuesday.
Thank Goodness I was having real fears for the Oscars but thank the Lord they will go ahead  
Now I can ask Sta with great delight does TV ANTS or TVU player show the Oscars??? ...come on my Scottish pal give me good news here??

They should show them on Sky3 then I could watch them........shame on the BBC for losing the rights to Sky

True Andy......but it's still annoying the BBC let the rights go to Sky It's the biggest film event of the year, the BBC used to show it.........but Sky gets it.

I like watching Harry Hill on You've Been Framed and his TV Burp show, then Primeval's good too. The only time I watch BBC1 on Saturdays is when Doctor Who or Robin Hood's on.

I like Jonathan Ross aswell 
I hope Fox show it then....surely one of the programmes will have a channel that is showing the Oscars??? I'm going to be mightily disappointed otherwise

It's not like it gets repeated on another channel after Sky show it........we'll be lucky to get a few clips on the news

The irish channel here show it the night after but its a real summed down version and they hardly show the funny parts ....I want to find it live on the net
