Wii FitA friend of mine just got this and it looks quite fun! Basically its a console based fitness programme which lets you exercise without the hassle of going to a gym, which can be tailored to your individual needs. You can set yourself targets ( weight loss etc) and a time limit within which to achieve your goals, and the software helps you through your chosen exercise. There's a neat board to stand on while you work out too, and you choose the pace at which you go.
It's a fantastic idea actually, and you'll probably find yourself having fun as well as keeping fit. The NHS would save a fortune if they made this compulsory for obese people I tell you!

ive lost quite a bit of weight since meeting my partner 3 years ago yeah, i went from been 11stone and in size 14 clothes down to 7stone and size 6-8 clothes

Congratulations Gellarbing that is a hell of alot of weight to lose...you did well...keeping it off is the hardest part...I had a tendency to forget about weighing....worse thing you can do

ive made it a point to never forget to weigh myself, i do it twice a week just to be on the safe side
