Steven SegalI've seen quite a few of his films lately, and I have to say they were all absolutely awful! The latest was 'On For A Kill' on Channel Five last night and it was preposterous. I'd read a story saying that most of his recent output has gone straight to DVD and now I see why!
The diialogue is really cheesy and I got quite tired quite quickly of his 'hardman' persona. It's all so predictable, and I wouldn't watch them again if given the choice.

He's not the best of actors that's for sure but I quite like his films! Some can be hard going but you know that he'll kick ass and beat the bad guys in the end I think his best film was Under Siege, good story with a stellar cast in it.

Of course we know he'll kick ass, its just that I don't like his films in general! Action can be done so much better!

Yeah he could do with taking lessons from Bruce Willis!
A lot of his films have an environmental message........oil pollution and chemical pollution.......as well as one film he did about germ warfare. So I suppose he tries to educate people as well!

I suppose, but that could just be a desperate attempt to get people to watch him.

You really don't like him
Hasn't he been having problems with the Mafia in real life? I seem to remember reading about him having to testify against a mob member?

No, I don't like him at all! He's just a bit of a 'has been' to me, and can't seem to see that he isn't popular any more and should stop with all his attempts to get back into the public eye. The whole 'messages' rubbish just strengthened my contempt for him, its not his job to preach to the world...

I admit his films are awful now, but there was a time when he used to do good turn your brain off films. He went down hill after he done Under Siege.
