Spice Girls Children in Need single flops

What a difference a few years makes!

In 1998 they sold 200,000 copies of the official Children in Need song "Stop" and raised £100,000. Their official CIN song for this year, "Headlines (Friendship Never Ends)", has only sold 6000 copies and raised just £3,000!

I know its a flop!! which is relatively unheard of for a Children in Need song

I'm delighted I think there is far too many now who saw Take That's return and thought they could do it too.....of course they forget at least two in TT had talent

I read Steps might be reforming too!

I haven't heard the Spice Girls song....is it any good?
Lucifer_666

Oh God no not Steps too

I have only heard bits and pieces of their new song but I've heard others saying its nothing special..... there is also criticism that they shouldn't have gone back to the whole sexy image thing that a lot of people think they were getting a bit old for that now
Catnapper

Yes it's a Tragedy Luc

I saw pics of Victoria Beckham wearing bondage type gear in their vid......and it still didn't sell the song?!! Many of their original fans have grown up and moved onto other things now......even the Spice Girls are mums too (apart from Mel C that is!)

I was reading yesterday that even though their concert tickets sold out quick there's a chance it was touts who were buying them and not the fans!

I always thought they were BETTER BEST FORGOTTON

Thats what alot of people are saying that they are mums now and really shouldn't be back wearing stuff like that

Oh I bet they will be un ebay going for a pound
