Rob Zombie's Halloween Sequel

Dimension Films has set an August 28th release date for Rob Zombie's "H2", the direct sequel to his 2007 remake of the horror classic "Halloween"

That film opened on August 31st 2007 and set a new record for the four-day Labor Day holiday weekend with $30.6 million. Zombie's "Tyrannosaurus Rex", which was scheduled for that release slot, has been pushed back due to his "H2" commitments.

Much like original "Halloween 2", this sequel will pick up at the exact moment the first movie ended and follow the aftermath of Michael Myers murderous rampage. Shooting starts in March.

not sure what to think - i enjoyed his remake; but is this a step too far (if remakng a classic isnt already going too far)

overall though i love Zombies movies - house of 1000 corpses is A+++

lets go!!!! LOL

mmm i dunno
mind you he did a good take on the first one so maybe this one will be just as good
Scorpio

yes, but he had the background to play with - with this one he is lacking the story to beef up the yarn........fingers crossed though

I also seen the new mask for the sequel and for the life of me i can't find it now but it looks an orangy brownish colour with worn holes and tears to the side....now maybe they plan to spray it white but i think this was the final promo release of the mask...if its true its a strange choice
I also read that Rob Zombie is going to really push the boat out and make Myers even more nuts than ever before..how he'll do this is another question now
