Mission: Impossible 4??

Cruise is now in talks with Paramount to star in a fourth "Mission: Impossible" film.

Weren't they fighting??

I just hope the scripts are up to scratch and its a team thing like it is mean't to be....not just Cruise acting like a lone secret agent doing the majority of the work

not a fan of these films myself, however my partner is so he'll be happy if this is true

Maybe Paramount realise he's still a bankable star and the antics that caused the falling out haven't affected his popularity. I'm not too sure about a MI4 film......I haven't seen the third one and I never really understood the other two

I really enjoyed the first film which was cleverly written and was a good introduction for the series to the big screen.....now they did have Cruise doing alot in this one but because of the story and the others getting killed and betrayed ....it kind of suited....However the other films didn't have this excuse...and the last two films became more like Bond films in  a way more than MI ones....I still reckon there should be big actors in Cruise's team that are also very clever and put into danger's way...at the moment it appearsd to be a one man show

The first one is one of my favourite films and I kind of enjoyed the third one, but the second one was a big mound of torturous arse that had minimal plot and looked like a damned shampoo advert.

MI2!!.... That was John Woo for you. ....kung fu kicks, slow motion and no story
And more importantly what was with Cruise's hair???
The best bit about that film was the spoof with Ben Stiller which I love....

I wasn't that hot on the 3rd film either even with the great JJ behind it....For me MI should be about a team of fantastic agents who can pull off the impossible not just one and the rest just help out

In the old series it wasn't just Peter Graves or Martin Landau doing all the work...they all played their parts
Its like making the A Team where Hannibal does everything....its just not right!!

The only reason why I still have the DVD!

 Stiller is brilliant in it
