Mario Strikers- Charged FootballYet another Wii game on my 'favourites list'. It's a sort of sequel to 'Mario Smash Football' for the Gamecube, and it's bags of fun! Basically it's a bit like standard football, or 'soccer' as the Americans call it, and you can control Mario or many other characters from the series and take the battle to the pitch with powerups and 'super shots' amongst other variations on the standard 'beautiful game'. You use the Wii remote and nunchuk controller to move players around and use powerups and it can get a little heated! But it's fantastic fun and a great multiplayer game.

I'm intrigued on how the controller works on the players movements mate....does your movement of the controller change their direction and is there a button for running or dribbling? Or does one controller operate the player movement while the other for tackling, scoring??
It definitely sounds a good laugh bud
I have to say a Wii would be nice.... I am tempted

Well, the remote serves to move players, tackle etc, and the nunchuk is mainly for helping as you line up 'super shots' which get you multiple goals rather than the standard one. And it is a laugh if you can get enough people to play a tournament, always fun! Getting a Wii is well worth it iif you have the money mate, though they might be a little cheaper now that the fuss has died down a little.

I'm definitely considering it for Xmas because they reallly do sound the business....I may put out feeleres to loved ones

I personally look on it as being considerate of those who would other wise struggle to know what to get me

Actually I also find some people struggle when thinking of what to get me for birthdays and Christmases so a nudge in the right direction can't possibly hurt!

Yep exactly ....see how great and considerate people we really are mate...its not self serving at all but helping others who may be in distress in the future
