Lovely weather we're having!Hasn't it been brilliant weather these last few days? It's lovely and warm where I am and its lifted my mood considerably. I'm knackered from running around after so many projects but the sun coming out has almost made it bearable.
Plus it means I can go into the great outdoors and have some fun, always a bonus. So I've been making the most of it and long may it continue, can't wait until my summer holidays now.

I like winter too gell I don't mind warmish weather.....it's hot weather I hate

yeah i can handle warm weather too, i just really deteste hot weather, mainly at night when you can't sleep cos its so hot

Me too ...though I am interested in hearing what fun is there to be had in the great outdoors with Morphy....go on tell us mate...do you bird watch in the woods?

I'll admit I don't like that, but during the day its nice to sit outside in the sun eating lunch or whatever, and I also like taking time out from study to sit and listen to my Ipod outside for a while, it helps me relax.
But I can't stand being in lectures when its so warm, it's almost unbearable with no windows or anything open at all. I'd much rather they moved classes outside and took advantage of opportunities to escape the lecture theatre.

Don't you have air conditioning Morphi? It must be hell having lectures in hot rooms......I bet you all struggle to stay awake!

No..I birdwatch on campus And yes, Cat, it is difficult to stay awake in some classes with all this heat (and for other reasons as well).

Oh No babe..... only in the hot weather...is cruising fun  ladies in tiny outfits strutting their stuff while us guys try and keep ourselves from crashing our cars
Campus Bird watching.....ahhh the joys of student life.....I want to respark my education again and begin studying....erm.. the female form

Indeed, student life is good, bar the obvious bad sides at times. But its nice to be able to make something of yourself and get a decent qualification, all the hard work's really worth it if you put in the effort.
Its opened up a whole new world for me that I just wouldn't know about had I left college and just stayed at home or got a job. Plus we have fun and we're provided with brilliant social facilities- our union's fairly good (cheap pints), and we have a great terrace bar, ideal for sitting outside and chatting etc. Of course the work is hard at times but you do get support.
It's just a question of keeping on your toes and maintaining a good balance between work and fun. And in this weather there's a whole lot of fun to be had- whether it be drinking, playing football or just kicking back and watching the world (and ladies) go by. I like being able to just sit and talk to people or listen to music when I'm not in class or off campus, as its nice to have a break from assignments once in a while.
But it is hard to stay focused on work when you have all that going on outside!

You seem to have the right balance between studying and socialising Darth and campus life sounds good! Will you miss uni when it's time to leave and will you keep in touch with friends you've made there?

Oh yeah, I'll miss it alright. It's scary to think that after the summer holidays I'll be in my final year. But of course I'll keep in touch with the many friends I've made, it'd be rude not to!

And then you will be well on your way to becoming that Oscar winning Director mate....So me and Cat then have not only the ear of a famous writer but also somebody in films too....ahhhhh the future is bright

Rod could write the screenplay for Darth's film......I could do the researching and Luc could be in charge of the casting couch

The casting Couch ....now thats a thought....Rodd will need to write more leading ladies in raunchy thrillers, Morphy could do them with stylish camera work and lighting...you Cat would have to research actresses ...hmmm good looking actresses.....and then they can sleep with me for the parts....everyone is a winner!!!

And don't forget yourself Cat now ....an Oscar for Best Researcher..  ..as for me...my job is my only reward besides I get the feeling I'll be getting my hands on many golden globes anyway
