Leon Jackson dropped by record labelHis debut album reached no.3 in the charts and I think he had a no.1 with his debut single. But he hasn't exactly set the charts alight since then!
Simon Cowell wanted Rhydian Roberts to win X Factor, not Leon Jackson, cause he thought Rhydian had the most talent......true!

poor Leon ... Rhydian should have won that year anyway.... apparrently Rhydian has even done better than Leon...can you imagine if he had won it...he would have done even better i reckon

Rhydian's a showman who can be flamboyant whereas Leon always looked nervous, as though he didn't want to be on stage.I was surprised when Rhydian lost out but he hasn't done too badly since!

He also wasn't that talented....winning the X Factor doesn't necessarily mean you deserve to or have the x factor

He's not a bad singer but I think he models himself on Michael Buble when he should really have his own style. Some X Factor contestants end up in shows but I can't even see him doing that cause he doesn't have the stage presence.

Ray was brilliant and deserved to win Dancing on Ice   You're right though Luc...he does have that smug Simon Cowell type of look about him
Maybe some smaller record label will pick Leon up and promote him better?

i actually thought it was a bit unfair...because he was miles better than all of the others from day one and no matter what was said i still reckon he had previous experience on the ice
if Ray starts wearing his pants higher than he really should we''ll know for sure he's a Cowell
As for Leon babe ...i just can't see it happening

Ray's been a dancer since he was young and he's also a keen rollerblader so that's why he had the grace and balance on the ice and why it probably came easier to him than the others. He was still brilliant Donal was great too considering he couldn't skate at all......he deserved to be in the final.....in fact, when they were saying who'd gone through to the final, I kept thinking "pick Ray and Donal, don't pick Jessica"
I think Leon's still touring but I can't see him hitting the big time! Maybe he could be a support act on Michael Buble's tour though?!

Yep i didn't mind Donal either but that Ray guy urrgghhh i want to pull my arm off just to have it to throw at him
As for Leon you really are far too charitable and optimistic babe...i think we're going to hear very little of him .....Buble got his promotion on telly at the time singing with Leon....now with no X Factor and primetime slot I can't see him wanting anything to do with him now ....maybe I'm just a pessimist

Maybe Leon could team up with Steve Brookstein, One True Voice, Chico and all the other acts who had limited success and do a national tour? I bet people would go to see them all!

Did you see on the Sun site that he fancies himself to be the next James Bond (he thinks he'll make it big in Hollywood) and he's serious too He might have a chance at being James Pond
