Hide and Seek

I watched this over the weekend and I really enjoyed it alot more than I thought I would have ..... Robert De Niro is excellent playing a very different role here but little Dakota Fanning was just outstanding I thought.....she is throughout very creepy.

Synopsis
After his wife commits suicide, David Callway and his daughter, Emily, move upstate to find peace and "restart" their lives. But when Emily makes a new friend named Charlie mysterious and dangerous things start happening that her Father cannot explain.

Famke Jannsen and Elizabeth Shue also star

I don't really want to say any more than this except that it wasn't what I was expecting....and its well worth a watch
Madamhoney

I think I bought this and was pleasantly surprised, much better than I thought it was going to be.
roddglenn

Aye I watched this some time ago and was a very atmospheric film and very different to most of De Niro's other roles.
Catnapper

And that was the one where I only got part of it on tape.....

When ever its on again babe or if you see it for sale in a bargain bin or boot sale you should get it.....its well worth the watch...

I'm glad to see others agree too
Madamhoney

LOL I'm sure you must be mistaken, me agree?
Lucifer_666

It sure shocked the hell out of me too Honey....it was almost more scary than the film itself I was asking what are you up to??....what do you want from me?? or who has taken over your body??
Madamhoney

It's the stress of work getting to me, either that or you're right and it's the pod people!!!
Lucifer_666

Those Pod people are just little rascals aren't they?....not that I suppose I can't blame them for wanting to get inside you
Shorty

I enjoyed this movie a lot, I like when they let you think one thing then pop another ideas. Kept me guessing! It was definately a little freaky too.
