Goodbye to academia!I took my last exam on Friday morning so now (barring any need to resit any of my two final tests) I'm now finished with university for good. I'm making an effort to stay in touch with most of the people I've become acquainted with over the three years of my studies and also I'm quite excited about what new challenges lay ahead- I want to get into music and/or sports journalism if possible, whether by means of doing a Masters course, practical-based training diploma or just going for it and trying to get work experience and see where that leads for me. Either way I'm planning to try anything to get to where I want to be and based on the careers advice I've had I'm making the right choice in what I want to do as I have plenty of relevant experience in the field. It should be an interesting new chapter for me in the world of work.......

It doesn't seem 2 minutes since you were posting on the BBC messageboard about being accepted for uni....and here you are finishing uni. Talk about time flying   It must be a relief now you've finished all your exams and exciting too for what lies ahead!

Well done bud and yeah I agree Cat time just seems to have flown by..it really doesn't feel that long ago
