Dillon to star in National Lampoon's Epics SpoofActor Kevin Dillon has been set to play the title character in "National Lampoon's 301: The Legend of Awesomest Maximus Wallace Leonidas"
The film spoofs sword-and-sandal epics "300," "Troy," "Gladiator" and "Braveheart," and Dillon plays the bumbling Spartan general who fails upward in his quest for greatness.
Shooting will begin by the end of the year.
Jason Burinescu wrote the script, and a director still has to be announced
Sounds like it will be a laugh though .....I never used to like Dillon when I was younger but since There's something About Mary (which he was great in) I've gotten to really like him now
