It stars Julianne Moore, Mark Ruffalo, Alice Braga and Danny Glover (Narrator aswell)
Its from a novel by José Saramago and will be directed by Fernando Meirelles

I thought it sounded good when I read about it last week and it's one I'd like to go and see. The sudden blindness reminded me of the Day of the Triffids storyline but I don't think it's a scifi alien invasion type movie?

 Funny you mention that because that is exactly what I thought of too when I read it..The Triffids  Great minds think alike
It might be good...depends on the script I suppose

I read they suffer from a mysterious white blindness....wonder what that is?!

I'd say that means their eyes go pure white when blind rather than only those that are white become blind...otherwise the world would be ruled by black and oriental people

That's another one I'll be watching out for  It's got a good cast and the storyline's intriguing......we just have to wait till November now
