Bale set for Entire Trilogy

Derek Anderson, a rep for the film's production company Halycon, says "he read the script and he loved it, so he's signed on for all three".

Aussie actor Sam Worthington plays the lead role in this new film series and shooting is currently underway. A May 22nd 2009 release is planned.

That's excellent news.....Bale's a terrific actor

And he's also perfectly cast for me as John Connor....they needed someone who looked kick ass and Bale fits that bill perfectly.....I'm happy aswell to hear its for the whole three films because I had fears that they may just have had John Connor in the first film and then somebody else kinda taking over......

I also definitely think they could surprise us a bit and not openly advertise the identity of Kyle Reece till well later into the trilogy
