An American Carol

Synopsis:
An anti-American filmmaker who's out to abolish the July Fourth holiday is visited by three ghosts who try to change his perception of the country

The Film maker is more or less Michael Moore and it does come across as Conservative propaganda over in the States but I'd say Moore would find it funny... There is also an ok cast.....With Robert Davi, Kelsey Grammer, Dennis Hopper, etc

Catnapper

It looks a funny film with a good cast and even Leslie Nielsen crops up in it too! I don't think I'd see it at a cinema but I'd like the DVD

I should imagine Michael Moore would love it!

But babe more importantly...its another take on the Christmas Carol theme which we both like too
Catnapper

true! Kelsey Grammar played Scrooge in the musical version we've both got so it's funny seeing him as one of the ghosts!

Yep strange that alright...I wonder is he a fan of the original story too
Catnapper

He strikes me as someone who'd have read Charles Dickens books so I'd say he'd be a fan of the story. He'll be playing Tiny Tim next at this rate
Lucifer_666

I can just imagine him in that Fraser Craine voice saying "God Bless us Everyone"
