10,000 Years BCI notice that this comes out on Friday. It looks quite impressive actually! And am I right in thinking that its a remake of an older film?

I don't think so mate but I do think it was heavily influenced by the movie One Million Years B.C. but they are different for a start I don't think you'll get a looker like Raquel Welch in the new film unfortunately 
Though your right it does look pretty good

The film critic in my paper said the acting was terrible, it's shoddily written, it's mindless and stupid.......and he loved it  He said it's campy fun and the cgi sequences are fantastic...... there are things like a herd of stampeding woolly mammoths and a sabre toothed tiger leaping to you......so don't expect too much, go along for the ride and you'll enjoy it!
