Dear Luc, would it be possible to make it so when you put [ spoiler ] [/ spoiler ], it comes out as a blacked out section instead of this:

Spoiler:

That just looks weird and people don't know how to open it, whereas on other sites the blacked out section looks better.

Hi K how are you keeping??

To be honest I'm not entirely sure??.... I think I know what you mean about a blacked out section where you hold the left button on your mouse to highlight over and so reveal the hidden content personally I found this more confusing on other forums as I kept looking for a reveal button of
some kind   ....

I think I may be able to change the colour of the area within the box and the text also but it would still work via a 'show' button???....but I am guessing....I really will need to investigate further

thanks for raising this K.... I wonder what others think too? Is the Spoiler box confusing? ...particularly maybe for newbies?
is there anything else on the forum that seems confusing? Perhaps i can put up a global post with simpler explanation...a kind of Q&A Area??

It's just a case of getting used to things. I remember when I first started on forums I didn't have a clue how to post spoilers or even access any spoilers other people had posted   It's something that comes through trial and error!

A Q&A area sounds good though Luc in case anyone's having trouble with any other feature of Filmflicking. As for K's suggestion, maybe it's something that can be trialed to see which people prefer?
