A friend of mine just got this and it looks quite fun! Basically its a console based fitness programme which lets you exercise without the hassle of going to a gym, which can be tailored to your individual needs. You can set yourself targets ( weight loss etc) and a time limit within which to achieve your goals, and the software helps you through your chosen exercise. There's a neat board to stand on while you work out too, and you choose the pace at which you go.

It's a fantastic idea actually, and you'll probably find yourself having fun as well as keeping fit. The NHS would save a fortune if they made this compulsory for obese people I tell you!

Aww, such a sweet compliment for him to pay! But if you do want one just get one- that's what I'd do anyway....
