I watched a trailer for this on IMDB and then again at the cinema for El Orfanato (which was v good) and thought that it may be worth a watch
basically about a group of kids who get picked off around some Mayan ruins *(obviously more to it than my fantastic synopsis, but you get the idea i'm sure)...................it looks lik it has some kind of spiritual link (so not just mindless slaughter..............DAMN)
anyone else seen the trailer?

Just watched the trailer there Scorpio on Youtube...looks really good (you beat me to it Cat  )
It seems to me like there is some kind of creatures that are burrowing into them and the surrounding tribe know about them and keeping a kind of quarantine there probably feeding these young western teen tourists to them. Perhaps these creatures hibernate at the ruins and are worshipped by the tribe? Then again maybe I'm completely wrong
Either way... definitely one to look out for now
