Hasn't there been criticism before of the films missing out characters from the books? If Deathly Hallows does get made as 2 films they'll be able to stick more closely to the book...which should please the fans and it'll prolong the ending of the franchise too!
Yes babe this has been criticised before in the films but then again I think most films that started with a big reader fanbase have had this difficulty but this should definitely please everyone ...its also a good way to end the franchise _________________
Well its confirmed.....Deathly Hallows will be two blockbuster films
After months of rumors, Warner Bros. and the producers of the massively successful movies will announce Thursday that they plan to split "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows," J.K. Rowling's seventh and final "Potter" novel, into two blockbuster films -- one to be released in November 2010 and the second in May 2011. _________________
I know the studio will make even more money by having 2 films instead of 1 but it's good for the fans because they'll have 2 films to look forward to. Also, it means the Deathly Hallows won't be chopped to fit into one film., so good news all round
It also keeps it alive for another while babe..I know there will be alot of Potter fan tears when the final film is finally released and everyone knows thats it....not that I can see a return in a few years time to the character by Rowling _________________
Yeah lots of fans will be upset.......there was an article in the paper a few days ago about Harry Potter fans and one person was so distraught about HP ending that he felt his life had no meaning without Harry Potter! It goes to show how people get so wrapped up in a character!
I suppose JKR could return to Harry at some point.......maybe have him as a parent with his own son at Hogwarts and something happens that only Harry can stop?

Funny you mention about Harry's future Cat because that is the way the books end with Harry and others in the future bringing his children to the train station for Hogwarts
