Legendary British horror production company Hammer Films is back in business with "The Wake Wood" filming kicking off this week says The Hollywood Reporter.

Timothy Spall, Aidan Gillen and Eva Birthistle star in the story about grieving parents who are given the opportunity to spend three more days with their only daughter after she is killed by a savage dog.

David Keating helms from a screenplay he co-wrote with Brendan McCarthy. Shooting kicks off in Ireland for a release next Fall.

Sounds like it could be interesting   Its also good to see Hammer back

How do they get to spend 3 days with her after she's dead? Do they go back in time or does she somehow become alive for 3 days?

I'm curious to see how they do it now!

You know ....those are the exact same questions I posed to myself too

I'm thinking she may come back to life for the three days....perhaps in a ghostly way ..but I honestly can't say for sure yet

Hammer's associated with horror so there must be a horrific twist to it somehow! Maybe one of the parents has to die after the 3 days are up? Or maybe their daughter doesn't want to be dead again after the 3 days and turns into some malevolent spirit or something?

I want to see this film!

Yeah your right there will be some kind of twist to it perhaps she isn't their daughter but some evil creature

It does sound intriguing
