SPOILER ALERT
Doctor Who – The Unicorn And The Wasp Ep 7/13
Saturday 17 May
In 1926, Agatha Christie disappeared for 10 days. Was it amnesia? A nervous breakdown? Or a Giant Alien Wasp..? As Russell T Davies's Bafta Award-winning time-travelling drama continues, the Doctor and Donna join forces with the world's most famous crime novelist to encounter a body in the library, poisoned cocktails and a Vespiform seeking revenge.
David Tennant plays the Doctor and Catherine Tate plays his companion Donna Noble, with guest stars Felicity Kendal and Fenella Woolgar.
More about those Doctor Who spoilers from Death Ray magazine: Gwen and Ianto from Torchwood are definitely in the season finale, the magazine says. And maybe they recruit Mickey and Martha into the depleted Torchwood team? Also, Martha is in episode six, "The Doctor's Daughter" — where the Doctor meets his daughter. And faces aliens called the Haff. Oh, and Death Ray speculates that his daughter really does come from stolen DNA.

I wonder what the Unicorn is in the title? Maybe the Vespiform changes from a giant wasp into the unicorn?
It seems a fun episode by all accounts! |

I like how the writers take something like Agatha Christie's real life disappearance and turn it into something totally different involving aliens and Doctor Who |

Some more info........Biologist Dr Richard Dawkins will play himself in the lseason finale. If you've never heard of him (I haven't either!) he's married to Lalla Ward who was the companion (and ex-wife in real life) of the 4th Doctor Who Tom Baker!
Michael Brandon (Dempsey and Makepeace) will also appear as a General.
Blue Peter presenter Gethin Jones was stated as joining Doctor Who..........he hasn't, he'll be playing himself as a Blue Peter presenter filming an assignment (don't know which episode) |

I do like when they have all these actors with connections to the old series...then again it has been running for so long now I guess its harder to find an actor or actress who hasn't some connection with the old Dr Who series
I wonder will Michael Brandon's wife be in it too....you know...Makepeace? Glynis Barber? She was hot!! I had a big crush on that woman and he's married to her in real life....lucky beggar!! _________________

Apparently, Dawkins was introduced to his future wife, Lalla Ward, by Douglas Adams who was a script editor for Doctor Who! They really like to keep it in the Who family
I don't know if Glynis Barber's in it or not Luc.......I hope she is, for your sake |
