Here's some interesting info......the producer of Dr Who said The Master might return :D She said in an interview "it would be rude not to leave the door open. He's a great character. John Simm is amazing and I would go to work every day with him. His scenes were so much fun to do."

I hope he comes back :D

Great stuff I'd love to see Simm return as the Master myself....he was a great villain and I do think the wife getting the ring at the end was very much about leaving that door open.....

I was sort of disappointed that they killed him in the first place though...why couldn't they just have had him escape badly injured or something or trapped in some void ....that you know he will eventually escape from... I think it would have been much better

He seemed to give up too easily at the end of the last episode so I'm pretty sure he'll be back to fight the Doctor again......at least I hope so!

I still can't believe Catherine Tate is the new assistant... I like her but I think it is a strange choice... I think it may be really good for when Martha returns that they keep Tate there as kind of friends but also rivals for his attention too

I can't understand why Catherine Tate was picked either. I hope she can keep us tuning in through the next series or else we won't be bovvered watching anymore!

I read that they chose her because her character argues back to the Doctor and it's not a soppy "love the Doctor" kind of relationship.......anyway we'll see.....

Wait til you see they will add that love thing too only more subtly.. I hope she is noy screaming like a fishwoman in every episode...nothing would put me off more :?

I hope David Tennant stays for a good while and that Davies keeps it going and is still not planning to end it

I don't know.......I can't see them having a fling together. I bet it'll be more of an always arguing type of relationship but one where they have a grudging respect for each other. I still think they should have kept Martha as the Companion though....

Doctor Who rumour number 729.....

Another rumour doing the rounds is that Kevin Spacey might be appearing in the next Who season

What with Dennis Hopper apparently being approached and now Kevin Spacey......the series will be top heavy with stars......

Thats great I hope its true...he'd make a very good baddie for the Doctor then again so would Hopper
