He's performing as Hamlet tonight.....the play's sold out and he's been getting standing ovations from preview audiences  
Apparently, he got the part because a RSC producer saw him on the show Who Do You Think You Are? (it traces people's ancestors I think)......saw him pick up a skull from under some floorboards, then phoned him up and said he'd passed the audition 
Someone called Patrick Stewart's in the play too

I just have visions of him seeing his dead father's ghost and him saying ....'What?....what?' in that Dr Who way

They should rejig the play and have a cast of aliens- Sontarans, Cybermen, Daleks etc. 'Alas poor Davros, I knew him well' would make a fantastic bit of dialogue!

We could have The Borg and Klingons in it too
David Tennant's mostly been praised by theatre critics....The Guardian even said he was the "best Hamlet in years"  |

He could use a Sonic Screwdriver instead of a sword in the fight scenes too.

Maybe if they're really into legitimate theatre, but I suspect Tennant's resurgence as part of the series means most people associate him with the Timelord.

Yep I reckon your right Morphy...I wonder will he struggle to get parts after he finishes Who? Maybe thats why he's doing this now he's doing a Daniel Radciffe on us calm down calm down ladies  I didn't mean he was stripping off to do it with some horse on stage
