The album's being promoted in papers and on tv......I saw the tv ad last night and practically had to turn the volume down cause the music was mind blowing!

I heard if you go to their MySpace page you can listen to the album before it comes out on Monday

Yeah, apparently they're now the biggest act to use the site to launch a new record, which is quite astounding really- I thought everybody used Myspace!

I like the songs from the album, but I have one qualm. It should not be billed as a 'Guns n Roses' album cos its not. Gun n Roses were an iconic band; Duff, Slash, Izzy, Steven were just as important as Axl. GnR were the sum of their parts. Chinese Democracy is an Axl Rose project, not GnR. I was fortunate enough to have been there in the early years. I was 13 in 1987 when I saw GnR at Donnington Park just after the release of 'Appetite for Destruction'.
