I was tempted to put this into the Comedy section but here probably is the proper place for it.... 
Oliver Stone is looking to make a movie about George Bush "Dubya".
There may be a script already, by Stanley Weiser, who co-wrote Wall Street with Stone back in 1987.
Stone hopes to begin production on "Bush" as early as the spring in order to release the film by the fall election. But securing financing in the midst of an election cycle in which even the Republican candidates for the presidency are distancing themselves from Bush could present a challenge if the film is to be completed before Bush fades from the scene.

The script's already in place, it was finished before the writers strike started, so they'll be filming any day now. |

Yeah I read that ...thanks goodness at least they can move forward with it...any news on the writer's strike by the way....any kind of break anywhere?

| There are supposed to be informal discussions happening soon to see if they can reach some kind of agreement before official talks take place......but at least they're talking! |
