"21" is the fact-based story about six MIT students who were trained to become experts in card counting and subsequently took Vegas casinos for millions in winnings.
I seen a documentary on the history of casino scams and one of the main ones was counting the cards and I think they featured this case that this film is based on.  
It stars  Kevin Spacey, Kate Bosworth, and Laurence Fisburne
